About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy, lead generation, performance marketing, and brand building—especially within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive quality leads and conversions.
• Plan and manage online campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve visibility and rankings on search engines.
• Coordinate with creative teams for campaign creatives, video shoots, and content.
• Manage and grow presence across digital channels – website, social media, email marketing, etc.
• Work closely with the sales team to align digital efforts with on-ground lead closures.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM to track, analyze, and report performance metrics.
• Oversee digital marketing budgets and ROI.
• Keep abreast of latest trends, technologies, and competitor activities in digital space.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in luxury or commercial real estate marketing.
• Knowledge of local Noida/Delhi-NCR real estate market.
