Digital Marketing Manager Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in generating quality leads at a low cost . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in trade marketing or a digital advertising agency . This role requires expertise in growth marketing, performance marketing, and SEO , along with the ability to execute cost-effective, high-impact digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Growth Marketing: Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to enhance customer acquisition and revenue. Drive engagement, improve conversion rates, and build long-term relationships with prospects and customers. Performance Marketing: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Optimize ad spend to achieve maximum ROI with a focus on cost-effective lead generation . SEO & Organic Growth: Improve website and content visibility through strong SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and technical enhancements to increase organic traffic and lead generation . Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute targeted social media campaigns to grow followers, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement across platforms. Utilize tools like Zoho Social for monitoring and optimization. Lead Generation: Implement innovative lead generation strategies, leveraging organic methods and budget-friendly tactics. Ensure the generation of high-quality leads with a clear path to conversion. Email Marketing: Utilize Zoho Campaigns and other automation tools to develop personalized email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and improve conversion rates . Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and drive better results. Content Collaboration: Work closely with content and design teams to develop compelling content for websites, social media, and paid advertisements that resonate with the target audience. Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the digital marketing budget efficiently , ensuring maximum return on investment while minimizing costs. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and cost-effective campaigns. Experience in trade marketing and digital advertising agencies is a strong advantage. Proven track record of generating high-quality leads with minimal ad spend . Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content strategy . Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and ROI-driven decision-making . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market trends .
