Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, build strong online reputation, global digital footprint, and engagement across all digital channels. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs and objectives. Channel Management: Lead the management and optimization of all digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search, and display advertising. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the internal teams to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the performance of digital marketing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make data-backed recommendations for optimization. Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business goals. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and incorporate relevant innovations into the company's strategies. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive business growth. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
