Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing the E-Commerce Strategy to drive growth for the company. Your role will involve managing the company's website and online platforms, overseeing digital marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing customer experience. You will also be required to analyze data and prepare reports, lead the team effectively, and collaborate with various departments to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute E-Commerce Strategy to drive growth - Manage the company's website and online platforms effectively - Oversee digital marketing campaigns for customer acquisition - Ensure smooth operations and enhance customer experience - Analyze data and prepare reports for decision-making - Lead the team and foster collaboration among team members Qualification Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field - 8-12 years of experience in e-commerce/online sales, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role - Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or fashion industry is highly desirable - Proven track record of scaling online business Additional Company Details: The job is full-time and permanent with benefits including Provident Fund.
