Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness. Develop comprehensive campaign strategies including audience targeting, budgeting, bidding, and creative testing. Create, monitor, and optimize ad sets and creatives to achieve maximum ROI and efficiency. Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and ad placements to improve performance. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and prepare detailed reports with insights. Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking for accurate attribution and reporting. Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copy. Stay up-to-date with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and ad policies. Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently and forecast campaign performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads management. Proven experience managing large-scale ad budgets and delivering strong ROI. In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and Events Manager. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimization. Excellent analytical and reporting skills using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio. Strong creative sense and ability to collaborate with content/design teams. Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and Meta Ads trends. Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
