Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create monthly/quarterly digital marketing plans.

2. Campaign Execution

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, automation flows, and segmentation.

3. Content & Social Media

  • Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, and website.
  • Manage company presence across social media platforms.
  • Work with designers and content teams for creatives and marketing assets.

4. Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance across all digital channels using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

5. Website & CRM Management

  • Coordinate website updates and ensure SEO best practices.
  • Manage CRM campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Support landing page creation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 6 Months -2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and project-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience in the industry: [e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, real estate, healthcare, etc.]
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or WordPress.
