What You’ll Do

• Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns:

  Develop and execute digital strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Own Media Buying & Budget Allocation:

  Maximize ROI through smart, data-driven decisions.

• Drive Engagement & Conversions:

  Plan and launch creative campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

• Ensure Content Quality & Consistency:

  Maintain brand standards while optimising posting cadence.

• Analyse, Optimize, and Scale:

  Use insights and analytics to refine performance and achieve continuous growth.

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

• 3+ years of proven experience

  in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)

• Proficiency in paid media platforms

  – Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads

• Strong knowledge of analytics tools

  such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar

• Solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles

• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns

  under tight deadlines

• Strong grasp of audience segmentation and targeting strategies

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Ability to interpret campaign data and

  translate insights into actionable strategies

• Proficiency with marketing automation tools

  (HubSpot, Mail-chimp, or ActiveCampaign)
• Experience in

  conversion tracking, A/B testing, and performance optimisation

• Familiarity with CRM integration

  and

  retargeting campaigns

• Experience using social listening and trend analysis tools
