Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising Design, build and maintain our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns Key Skills Required: Proven working experience in digital marketing Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,028.81 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
