Job Title: Digital Marketing Expert (SEO · SEM · CRM · AI Automation · Analytics)

Location: Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 5–10+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

Reporting To: Head of Operations

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Expert is a senior, execution-driven role responsible for leading end-to-end digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, analytics optimisation, CRM workflows, and AIdriven marketing automation across the entire Company’s ecosystem — including Academy, Digital Agency (client projects), and Labs (startup MVPs).

This role requires mastery of SEO, performance marketing, social ads, CRM systems, automation tools, analytics dashboards, conversion optimisation, and MarTech integrations. You will build, execute, analyse, and optimise real campaigns that support UK dental practices, Indian SMEs, education-sector clients, and Company’s internal products.


This is a hands-on marketing leadership role with full ownership of digital growth, funnel performance, and platform strategy.


Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop holistic multi-channel digital strategies for:

o Awareness

o Lead generation

o Conversion

o Retention

  • Build marketing roadmaps aligned to product and business goals.
  • Create SEO-first content structures and campaign calendars.
  • Collaborate with designers, frontend/backend teams, QA, BA, and PM for asset readiness.


2. Performance Marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)

  • Set up, run, and optimise:

o Google Search, Display, YouTube Ads

o Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

o LinkedIn Campaign Manager (B2B)

  • Conduct:

o Audience segmentation

o Keyword research (Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, SEMRush)

o Creative A/B testing

o Landing-page optimisation

Maintain strict tracking using UTMs, GA4 events, and CRM attribution.


3. SEO, Content & Organic Growth

  • Execute SEO activities: on-page, off-page, technical.
  • Perform content audits, backlink strategies, and keyword clustering.
  • Oversee blog, website, landing-page content aligned with UX & CRO.
  • Use tools such as:

o Ubersuggest

o SEMRush

o Google Search Console


4. CRM Management & Marketing Automation

Configure CRM pipelines using:

o HubSpot

o Freshworks CRM

o Salesforce (awareness)

  • Build workflows for:

o Lead scoring

o Email sequences

o Drip campaigns

o Nurture flows

  • Implement automation using:

o Sintra.ai

o Zapier

o IFTTT

o HubSpot/Freshworks automation suites


5. Analytics, Dashboards & Reporting

  • Build advanced dashboards using:

o Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

o Looker Studio

o Hotjar (heatmaps, scroll maps, session recordings)


Track:

o CAC, CPL, CPM, CTR

o ROAS & funnel drop-offs

o Engagement patterns & scroll behaviour

  • Present weekly insights to leadership and recommend data-driven improvements.


6. CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)

Use CRO frameworks (AIDA, RACE, A/B testing) to optimise:

o Landing pages

o Funnels

o Campaign flows

  • Work with designers + developers to optimise UX for conversions.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests using VWO / Hotjar (awareness).


7. Creative Direction & Collateral Production

  • Collaborate with UX/UI Designer to build:

o Social media creatives

o Meta ads

o Google Display banners

o Video creatives (Pictory, Canva Pro)

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Writesonic, Midjourney, Pictory, Synthesia) for creative acceleration.


8. Compliance, Governance & Data Security

  • Ensure compliance with:

o GDPR

o India DPDP Act

o Platform advertising policies

  • Maintain ethical data collection and consent-based outreach.

  • UI/UX collaboration via Figma
  • Basic React/HTML/CSS interpretation for landing-page changes
  • API integration awareness for CRM & tracking pixels
  • QA/QC collaboration for release cycles


Profile Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of running data-driven campaigns at scale.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in dashboards & reporting.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, social ads, CRM automation.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Passion for data, optimisation, and measurable marketing impact.
