Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Digital Marketing Intern/Executive to join our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience or proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to gain hands-on experience and further develop their skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a fast learner, and passionate about digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): o Assist in optimizing website content for better search engine rankings. o Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic and relevant search terms. o Implement on-page SEO strategies, including content optimization, metadata, and internal linking. o Assist in monitoring and reporting on SEO performance. 2. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): o Help create and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms. o Monitor and adjust campaigns for optimal performance. o Conduct keyword research to improve ad targeting and enhance campaign reach. o Analyze and report on SEM metrics such as CPC, CTR, and conversion rates. 3. Google Ads (AdWords): o Assist with the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns. o Create compelling ad copy and perform A/B testing for continuous improvement. o Optimize budget allocation for maximum ROI. o Monitor performance and adjust campaigns based on analytics. 4. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads): o Support the creation, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. o Work on audience targeting, ad creatives, and budget management for Meta ads. o Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics. 5. Google Analytics 4 (GA4): o Assist in setting up tracking and monitoring performance metrics using GA4. o Help analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data. o Provide insights into website performance and suggest improvements based on analytics. 6. Campaign Reporting and Analysis: o Prepare reports on the performance of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns. o Analyze results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization. o Track and report on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. 7. Collaborative Support: o Work closely with the digital marketing team to brainstorm and execute marketing strategies. o Assist in other digital marketing projects and activities as needed. Requirements: Proficient knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads (AdWords), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Prior experience or internships in digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or SEM, will be a significant advantage. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
