About the Role

Digital Marketing Executive

hands-on performance marketing

The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, capable of optimizing campaigns while collaborating with other marketing and content teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize

    Google Ads

    and

    Meta Ads

    campaigns for multiple projects.
  • Track key metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROI to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage ad budgets, audiences, and creative coordination.
  • Set up and maintain tracking through

    GA4

    ,

    Tag Manager

    , and

    Meta Pixel

    to ensure accurate performance data.


2. Marketing Operations & Coordination

  • Serve as the

    execution partner

    to ensure marketing strategies are implemented effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers handling SEO, social media, and content creation.
  • Monitor deliverables, maintain timelines, and ensure consistent campaign quality.
  • Prepare and share weekly reports on performance and insights.


3. Content & Communication Support

  • Draft or refine

    ad copies, content briefs, and blog outlines

    where needed.
  • Support content and outreach teams to maintain message consistency.
  • Contribute creative ideas for improving storytelling and audience engagement.


Requirements Core Skills

  • Proven experience managing

    Google Ads and Meta Ads

    campaigns (2+ years preferred).
  • Understanding of

    SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.

  • Strong coordination and multitasking ability across multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as

    GA4, Tag Manager

    , and ad dashboards.


Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-project environment.


Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in

    copywriting, blog writing, or video scripting.

  • Familiarity with

    Notion, ClickUp, or Asana

    for project tracking.
  • Understanding of

    Product-Led Growth

    or B2B marketing strategies.
