Role & responsibilities Digital Marketing Management: Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, content marketing, etc. Create and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content and marketing materials. Work closely with the marketing and content team to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns. Track project progress, deadlines, and performance, ensuring client satisfaction and project deliverables. Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and lead the effort to acquire new clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Create proposals, pitch to potential clients, and close deals to bring in new revenue streams. Monitor sales targets and work towards meeting or exceeding set sales goals. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors degree (Marketing , Business Preferred) or a related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in sales or business development. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Instagram, Facebook, Google) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to generate leads, close sales, and manage client relationships effectively. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
