Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive traffic and conversions. Optimize ad campaigns for ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and cost-efficiency. Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for continuous improvement. Social Media Advertising & Strategy: Manage ad campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn to expand audience reach. Develop and implement retargeting strategies to maximize customer engagement and conversions. E-commerce Growth & Performance Marketing: Increase website traffic and sales through paid media strategies and performance marketing tactics. Analyze data to optimize marketing funnel performance and reduce bounce rates. Analytics & Reporting: Track and measure campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking . Generate weekly/monthly reports on ad performance, traffic sources, and conversion rates. Keyword Research & Audience Targeting: Conduct keyword research for Google Ads and audience segmentation for social media ads. Develop lookalike and custom audiences to improve ad targeting efficiency. Creative Ad Strategy: Work with designers to create high-converting ad creatives, banners, and videos . Test different ad formats, such as carousel ads, video ads, and lead generation ads. Competitor & Market Analysis: Monitor competitors ad strategies and trends in eCommerce digital marketing. Identify new opportunities to scale ad campaigns and increase sales. Preferred candidate profile : Experience: 1-5 years in digital marketing with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads & other social media advertising. E-commerce Knowledge: Experience in running ad campaigns for Shopify or eCommerce businesses is a must. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze ad performance and make data-driven decisions. Creativity & Strategy: Ability to craft compelling ad copies and optimize creatives for better engagement. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking software.
