Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns: Plan and implement online strategies across channels like social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising to drive traffic and generate leads. Research and identify leads: Use market analysis, database mining, and other tools to identify potential clients and prospects. Qualify leads: Assess leads based on established criteria and company guidelines to ensure they are a good fit for the business. Nurture leads: Develop and implement lead nurturing sequences through email and other methods to guide prospects through the sales funnel. Analyze and report on performance: Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and report on progress to stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and to align on lead generation strategies. Manage marketing technology: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system and other relevant databases.  Required Skills Digital Marketing: Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret metrics, and use insights to optimize strategies. Lead Nurturing: Skills in creating and managing automated email campaigns and other nurturing activities. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach and collaboration. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
