Digital Marketing Executive Remote (Canada Time Zone)

Salary: $500 USD / Month (approx. 42,000 INR / Month)

Type: Full-Time / Remote

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts (work during Canada business hours)

About the Role

Capital Automotive Equipment Ltd. is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our remote marketing team. You will be responsible for managing multi-channel digital campaigns, optimizing performance, and creating engaging content that drives traffic and leads for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

    •    Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:

    •    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

    •    Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)

    •    LinkedIn Ads

    •    TikTok Ads

    •    Bing Ads

    •    Kijiji / Classified Ads platforms

    •    Implement Google SEO strategies and manage email marketing campaigns.

    •    Create and manage both organic and paid content to grow brand awareness and lead generation.

    •    Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.

    •    Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools.

    •    Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to refine targeting and improve ROI.

    •    Collaborate with the design and content team to enhance ad creatives and landing pages.

    •    Prepare weekly performance reports with improvement recommendations.

    •    Submit a daily work report summarizing all tasks completed.

Qualifications

    •    5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing.

    •    Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.

    •    Experience with SEO, email marketing, and Kijiji/classifieds advertising is a plus.

    •    Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere).

    •    Excellent English communication (written and verbal).

    •    Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

    •    Must have a fast internet connection and mobile phone for communication during shifts.
