Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Thrissur Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage the company’s website (SEO, content updates, performance monitoring) Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead generation and conversion rates Run email marketing campaigns and manage email databases Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: Certification in Google Ads or HubSpot/Meta/Facebook Blueprint Video editing or graphic design skills Experience with e-commerce platforms or CRM systems Salary: Based on industry standards and candidate experience Work Hours: [Insert work schedule, e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday] Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Thrissur, Kerala (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 10/06/2025
