We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires expertise in all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics, along with a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences and plan digital campaigns to engage, inform, and convert. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research and develop SEO content strategies. Monitor and analyze SEO metrics and make improvements accordingly. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI. Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (eg, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok). Run paid social media advertising campaigns and analyze performance. Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and posts to foster community interaction. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows. Track email performance (open rates, CTRs) and refine campaigns for better engagement. Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and SEO-friendly content (blogs, infographics, videos). Ensure content is distributed through the right channels to attract and engage the target audience. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital channels. Use analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite) to track performance and suggest improvements. Campaign Management: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure consistent messaging.
