Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate quality leads for our products/services. SEO: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic. SMM: Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost engagement and drive leads. Content Strategy: Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms to drive conversions. Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) like traffic, leads, and sales. Sales Focus: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that generated leads are converted effectively into customers. Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Preferred candidate profile For Freshers (Internship): Willingness to work for 6 months as an intern with an option to become a full-time employee upon performance evaluation. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SMM, content marketing, etc.). Strong interest in learning and growing in the digital marketing field. For Experienced Candidates (0-5 years): Proven experience in SEO and SMM (Search Engine Marketing) with a focus on lead generation and sales. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. Experience in managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Full-Time Opportunity: After 6 months, if your performance continues to be excellent, we will offer you a full-time position as a Software Engineer. If not, you will receive a Certificate of Experience for your work during the internship. Transportation Charges: Not All selected candidates specific to eligibility, we will provide transportation charges, ensuring that you can commute to the office without any hassle Requirements: Eligibility: Recent graduates from 2023, 2024, and 2025, 2026 only
