Job Description

Department: FOLK. Eligibility: Any Degree Requirement: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related fields. Responsibilities: Job Purpose: To establish and maintain a strong digital presence for FOLK, drive high-quality lead generation campaigns, and ensure consistent engagement with the target audience to achieve organizational outreach objectives. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance FOLK s presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Create and manage engaging content for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with FOLK s vision and branding. Monitor and analyze social media trends to optimize campaigns and increase reach and engagement. Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn to achieve maximum visibility and conversion. Lead Generation Develop and implement lead generation campaigns to achieve a consistent inflow of 500+ qualified leads per quarter. Create and optimize lead funnels, including landing pages, email sequences, and form submissions. Collaborate with the CRM Manager to manage and nurture leads effectively. Use A/B testing and analytics tools to refine lead-generation strategies and improve ROI. Content Creation and Design Collaborate with the Content Development Specialist and Event Coverage Team to produce visually appealing marketing materials. Design eye-catching posters, pamphlets, brochures, and infographics for campaigns (digital and print). Create engaging ad creatives and promotional content tailored to the target audience. Analytics and Reporting Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others. Generate weekly and monthly reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and lead conversion metrics. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns. Collaboration and Teamwork Work closely with the Content Development Specialist and Event Coverage Team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized tasks when required. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Execution of successful digital campaigns that enhance FOLK s online presence. Generation of consistent, high-quality leads (target: 500+ leads per quarter). Design and delivery of impactful digital and print-ready marketing materials. Timely reporting of campaign performance and actionable insights. Effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment of goals and messaging. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Digital Marketing: Growth in social media followers and engagement (Target: 15-20% growth per quarter). Reach and impressions from organic and paid campaigns. Click-through rates (CTR) for ads (Target: 2-3% CTR). Lead Generation: Number of leads generated per week (Target: 500+ leads). Conversion rate from leads to prospective participants (Target: 10%). Cost per lead (CPL) optimization (Target: Reduction by 10% quarterly). Content and Design: Number of posters, brochures, and digital creatives produced per month (Target: 8-10). Feedback from stakeholders on the quality of marketing materials (Target: 90% positive feedback). Analytics and Reporting: Accuracy and timeliness of campaign reports (Target: 100% adherence to deadlines). Insights derived from data that lead to actionable improvements (Target: 3 action points per campaign). Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related fields. Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management. Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns and generating qualified leads. Technical Skills: Expertise in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics). Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) for lead tracking and management. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or wordpress is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
