Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Ichalkaranji. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, proficiency with relevant tools, and the ability to adapt to evolving digital trends in the local as well as broader Indian market. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management: Assist in planning, developing, and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, sales objectives, and target audience segments [ 1.1 ]. Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of channels including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Email Marketing, and Content Marketing [ 1.2 ]. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI [ 1.2 ]. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (KPIs like CTR, CPL, conversions, ROI) and identify areas for optimization to improve results [ 1.2 , 1.3 ]. Content & Website Management: Manage and maintain the company's owned media, including websites and social media platforms [ 1.1 ]. Create, curate, and manage engaging digital content (blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, emailers, ad copy) that resonates with the target audience [ 1.2 ]. Actively contribute to SEO efforts (keyword research, on-page optimization, image optimization, link building) to improve organic search rankings and website visibility [ 1.4 ]. Ensure the company's website and landing pages are optimized for user experience (UX) and conversion rates. Social Media & Community Engagement: Develop and implement social media strategies, manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, and engage with followers across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) [ 1.1 , 1.2 ]. Identify social media trends and leverage them for campaign effectiveness. Monitor online conversations and respond to customer queries on digital platforms [ 1.3 ]. Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to monitor performance, track consumer behavior, and provide data-driven insights [ 1.2 , 1.3 ]. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team and management [ 1.2 ]. Industry Trends & Collaboration: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies (e.g., AI in marketing), and best practices to maintain a competitive edge [ 1.3 , 1.4 ]. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, IT, product development) and external agencies to align digital efforts with broader business goals [ 1.3 , 1.2 ].
