Job Title : Digital Marketing Executive (Female Candidates Only) Job Location : Thatha Patti Elders Foundation, 7/126A, Castle Garden Road, VKV Kumaraguru Nagar, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641035. Job Type : Full-Time (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM) Job Summary : Thatha Patti Elders Foundation is looking for a creative and results-driven female Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns, social media advertising, content creation, and basic design skills. Freshers with relevant skills and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Eligibility Criteria : Gender : Female candidates only. Qualification : Any Degree (Specialization in Digital Marketing is a plus). Communication Skills : Good basic communication skills are required. Computer Skills : Proficient in MS Office, Internet operations, and marketing software tools. Experience : Freshers are welcome; Candidates with prior HR/Admin experience are preferred. Job Type : Full-time position only (No part-time/freelance). Skills Required : Good knowledge of Google Ads (CPC) and Social Media Advertising. Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw. Blog writing, content creation, and SEO content optimization. Strong understanding of backlinks creation and directory submissions. Salary and Benefits : Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience). With Stay: Free Food & Accommodation provided. Without Stay: Candidates can choose if they prefer to stay externally. Key Responsibilities : Plan, create, and manage CPC campaigns on Google Ads and Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Design promotional materials using Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw, etc. Develop engaging blog content, optimize it for SEO, and update the website as required. Perform backlink building, directory submissions, and SEO off-page activities. Monitor campaign performance and generate periodic reports. Handle day-to-day digital marketing tasks and update social media pages. Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
