Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms Manage and grow social media channels with consistent content and engagement Handle SEO/SEM activities to improve organic ranking and website performance Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and landing pages Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation flows Conduct competitor research and propose data-driven marketing strategies Maintain and update the company website (basic CMS edits) Support branding, lead generation, and event marketing initiatives Required Skills 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Search Console Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads Knowledge of social media management and content planning Basic understanding of Canva/Photoshop/creative briefing Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B or tech/engineering domains Familiarity with automation tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp Basic video editing or creative skills are a plus What We Offer Competitive salary package Opportunity to work with a fast-growing deep-tech startup Growth-oriented role with high autonomy Collaborative and innovative work culture
