Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and products/services. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads through digital channels. Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Manage the organization’s website, including content updates, performance monitoring, and optimization. Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO and organic reach. Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, sales) to align marketing strategies and objectives. Manage and grow social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Monitor and report on competitors’ digital marketing activities. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies. Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and content marketing. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creative thinker with an analytical mind and strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint Certification. Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
