Job Role: Digital Marketing Executive Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, SEO, website optimization, and content creation, including reels and videos. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Develop high-quality reels, videos, and other multimedia content to boost engagement. Respond to comments, messages, and queries to build community engagement. Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly. SEO & Website Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for improved search rankings. Develop and execute backlink-building strategies to increase domain authority. Work on website speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience improvements. Content & Performance Marketing: Collaborate with designers and content writers to produce compelling marketing materials. Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media features. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in managing social media platforms and digital campaigns. Strong knowledge of SEO, backlink creation, and website optimization techniques. Proficiency in video editing tools (Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar). Creativity in crafting engaging reels and short-form video content. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
