Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote PIERS EDU’s courses and admission guidance services. Manage and grow presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate qualified leads. Handle SEO, SEM, and website content updates for better online visibility. Create engaging content — posts, reels, and videos in coordination with the creative/design team. Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console. Support offline campaigns with digital amplification. Maintain lead flow via CRM and coordinate with the sales team for conversion tracking. Required SkillsProficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Analytics. Strong understanding of content marketing and lead generation funnels. Creative mindset with a knack for designing campaigns that resonate with students and parents. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, or AI tools will be a plus. Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields. Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint preferred).
