Job Description

Own the end-to-end B2C engine: coordinate with agencies/marketplaces, build content and campaign calendars, drive SEO + CRM, and ensure our website and social channels convert. You’ll be the hub between brand, creative, paid performance, influencers, and e-commerce partners.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

- Translate launch and business goals into monthly/quarterly growth plans: content calendar, campaign roadmap, budgets, and KPIs.

- Build product-wise campaign ideas (evergreen + moment marketing) across social, website, email/SMS, and marketplaces.

Content & Social

- Lead Instagram/YouTube/Stories/Reels content strategy: hooks, series/IPs, briefs, captions, hashtags, CTAs.

- Manage creators/UGC and customer storytelling; coordinate shoots with agencies/freelancers; maintain brand tone and visual aesthetic.

E-commerce & Marketplace Ops

- Coordinate with Amazon/Flipkart/Nykaa/Blinkit/Zepto (as relevant): catalog hygiene, PDP optimization (titles, bullets, A+), reviews/ratings, deals, and merchandising.

- Track marketplace dashboards (traffic, CVR, OOS, buy box, returns) and drive fixes with ops/supply.

Website & SEO

- Own site merchandising: collections, banners, offers, cross-sell/upsell, landing pages.

- Drive SEO: keyword research, on-page (meta, H1s, schema), content briefs (blogs/LPs), internal linking, and basic technical hygiene with dev/agency.

- Optimize UX for CVR/AOV: funnels, heatmaps, page speed, checkout friction.

Performance & CRM (with agency support)

- Work with performance agencies on Meta/Google/YouTube/Discovery: briefs, creatives, targeting, budgets, and ROAS.

- Own email/SMS lifecycle flows (welcome, cart/browse abandon, post-purchase, win-back) and segmentation.

Partnerships & Influencers

- Source and manage influencer/creator seeding, affiliate codes, and micro-collabs; track ROI beyond vanity metrics.

Analytics & Reporting

- Maintain a weekly dashboard: traffic, CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS, subscriber growth, LTV/retention, organic rankings, social reach/save/share rate.

- Run A/B tests across creatives, hooks, landing pages, offers, and PDP elements.

Must-Haves

- 2–3 years in B2C/e-commerce marketing for consumer brands (beauty/skincare preferred).

- Proven experience coordinating agencies and marketplaces; can brief, QA, and chase outcomes.

- Portfolio of content/campaigns you’ve led (links/screenshots).

- Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo/Mailchimp/SMS, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Shopify/Woo basics, Canva/Figma for light edits.

- Strong copy instincts (hooks, CTAs) + comfort with data dashboards.

- Project management chops: calendars, deadlines, multitasking across launches.

Good-to-Have

- Beauty/skincare domain familiarity and ingredient-led storytelling.

-Experience with influencer CRM tools, UGC workflows, and creator contracts.
