Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Lead/ support corporate gifting and bulk order lead generation across various Indian marketplaces like Alibaba, IndiaMART, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Drive social media marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google AdWords. Responsible for product listings on B2B and B2C platforms, ensuring high visibility and optimization. Actively engage in client communication, follow-up calls, and lead conversion to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with digital marketing agencies and internal teams to execute ad campaigns and monitor performance. Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand reach across social media channels. Maintain and update MIS (Management Information System) for all ongoing campaigns and leads. Coordinate and follow up with the team to ensure timely execution of all tasks. Preferred Candidate Profile: Must have strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques, with hands-on experience in Indian marketplaces like Alibaba and IndiaMART. Confident communicator with excellent sales skills, capable of converting leads via calls and online communication. A creative and results-driven individual who can develop strategies to boost social media followers and engagement. Energetic, young professional with a pleasing personality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
