Job Title: Creative Strategist – Digital Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can conceptualize high-impact product pitches, digital campaigns, and video ideas for our travel brands — Etrav and Eagle Crest. You will lead the creative direction, working with our in-house designers, writers, editors, and social media team to build highly engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns, reels, and videos

Build product pitch ideas for flights, hotels, and DMC services

Create scripts, hooks, and storyboards for video content

Provide clear briefs to designers, writers, and editors

Ensure consistency in brand communication across channels

Analyze trends and improve engagement performance

Requirements

3–8 years of experience in creative strategy / brand communication

Strong digital-first thinking, storytelling, and ideation skills

Experience with video-led content creation

Understanding of travel industry preferred

Ability to lead creative direction for execution teams
