E-Commerce marketplace management: Strategize, optimize, and manage our brand presence across leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and self platform. Handle product listings, keyword optimization, SEO, and promotional campaigns on marketplaces. Monitor marketplace analytics to drive sales and conversions. Manage inventory, pricing strategies, and customer reviews for improved visibility and ranking. 2. Digital marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Create engaging content, posts, and ads to build a strong online community. Manage Instagram growth strategies, collaborations, and paid ad campaigns. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and ad campaigns. Brand Growth and Strategy: Work on performance-driven marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Collaborate on creative ideas to drive customer engagement. Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities. Other responsibilities: 1. Email marketing and retargeting campaigns to boost sales. 2. Monitor ROI and KPIs for all marketing efforts. 3. Work closely with the design team to create attractive visuals and videos for promotions. 4. Handle customer queries and feedback across digital platforms. Qualifications & skills: 1. 1-3+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. 2. Proven expertise in managing Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace accounts. 3. Strong knowledge of Instagram marketing and content strategies. 4. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms. 5. Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketplace dashboards. 6. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. 7. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. 8. Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization. Preferred qualifications: Experience in creating and scaling D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
