About the Company:

Surekha Exports is a leading sports construction company in India, specializing in the design and construction of world-class sports facilities. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate digital marketing activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and execute SEO and SMM strategies to improve online visibility and engagement
• Review and respond to comments, messages, and audience feedback on social media
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to develop new ideas and campaigns
• Identify trending reel and video content ideas suitable for our brand
• Assist in creating and posting regular content (reels, posts, stories, etc.)
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for reach and engagement
• Support the team in content scheduling and basic reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content creation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Interest in creative content, trends, and digital platforms
• Prior experience (Min 1 yr) or internship in digital marketing is a plus
