Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator ​

Key Responsibilities: 

1.Lead Generation & Website Engagement: 

oDevelop and implement strategies to drive qualified traffic to the business 

website. 

oOptimize user flow to ensure prospects interact with on-site tools such as 

calculators. 

oCreate compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) that lead to booking discovery calls. 

2.SEO & Digital Optimization: 

oPerform ongoing website SEO optimization to enhance visibility and ranking. 

oConduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best 

practices. 

oMonitor and report on search engine performance and digital footprint. 

3.Social Media Management: 

oCreate relevant and engaging content tailored to the business and target 

audience. 

oPost and schedule content across social media platforms. 

oMonitor engagement, track analytics, and suggest improvements. 

4.Content Strategy, Campaigns & Calendar Management: 

oDevelop and manage a digital marketing and content calendar. 

oCoordinate consistent content delivery in alignment with promotional goals. 

oBuild and manage automated drip campaigns in CRM to nurture leads. 

oCollaborate with team members for content planning and execution. 

5.General Digital Marketing Support: 

oAssist with email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences. 

oStay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. 

oProvide support for other digital marketing initiatives as needed. 

Qualifications: 

oBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred 

but not required). 

oExperience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and CRM or automation platforms. 

oStrong understanding of website engagement strategies and lead funnels. 

oProficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Buffer, Hootsuite). 

oExcellent writing, editing, and organizational skills. 

oSelf-starter with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
