Role & responsibilities The role will report directly to the Property Marketing & Digital Director for Australia and have a dotted reporting line to the National Director of Marketing and Communications for Australia. To provide additional support and team culture, the role will be based in Colliers Gurgaon office, as an extension of the local marketing team. Working across a national client base, some of your key responsibilities will include: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns Track and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools Act as a guardian of the Colliers brand Preferred candidate profile Ideally you will have 2-4 years experience managing and executing paid digital media campaigns across various platforms. In addition to that you will bring: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. Experience in managing campaign budgets and monitor spending of campaigns High literacy with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva and web-based applications (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Exceptional organisation skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines. Flexible, resourceful and proactive approach with the ability to produce results with minimal guidance. Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
