About Us:

Innotronix Labs is a fast-growing electronics OEM that designs and manufactures advanced LED lighting, SMPS drivers, and IoT solutions for major petroleum brands such as BPCL, IOCL, HPCL, and Jio-BP.

We are building our in-house Digital Marketing & Content team to tell powerful stories of Indian innovation, factory excellence, and technology leadership.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Executive with 1–2 years of experience who can handle both the creative and strategic side of marketing.

Someone who understands how to plan, create, and publish meaningful content — and use it to build a strong online brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and website).

• Create reels, short videos, and graphics using Canva or similar tools.

• Write captions, blogs, and product posts aligned with the brand voice.

• Conduct market and competitor research — track trends, pricing, and industry insights.

• Run and monitor digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

• Track engagement metrics and prepare weekly analytics reports.

• Support content for brochures, presentations, and internal communication.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to translate real factory stories into marketing material.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.

• Strong writing and storytelling skills.

• Knowledge of Canva / CapCut / Meta Ads / Google Ads / LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and content strategy.

• Self-driven and creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
