About the Role: We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing professional who can design, manage, and execute end-to-end online marketing strategies for one of reputed client. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of digital tools, analytics, campaign management, and content strategy — with the ability to align marketing initiatives to business goals. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement across digital platforms, combining creativity with measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: 💻 Digital Strategy & Execution Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for both educational and agri-industry audiences. Manage performance-based campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, engagement rates, and ROI to ensure optimal campaign performance. 📈 SEO, SEM & Analytics Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic reach. Run and manage Google Ads / PPC campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize budgets effectively. Track and report campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards. 🎨 Content Creation & Social Media Management Create and curate engaging content (posts, videos, infographics) relevant to the education and agri sectors. Plan and manage regular posting calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels. Collaborate with design teams to ensure creative alignment with brand tone and campaign goals. ✉️ Email & Automation Campaigns Develop and execute email marketing and drip campaigns for student engagement, farmer outreach, and B2B promotions. Use marketing automation tools (like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns) to streamline lead nurturing. 🤝 Brand & Partnership Marketing Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners for co-branded campaigns. Conduct digital competitor analysis and suggest new trends or tools to enhance digital presence. Prerequisites: ✅ 4–6 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with exposure to both education and agriculture / agri-business sectors. ✅ Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Analytics Tools. ✅ Hands-on experience with website content management systems (WordPress, Wix, etc.). ✅ Creative mindset with ability to translate ideas into impactful digital campaigns. ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver measurable results.
