This role involves supporting the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. Responsibilities Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media. Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Content Creation: Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and websites that aligns with brand messaging. SEO Strategies: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with business objectives. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing. Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. Knowledge of PPC strategies and SEM tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a marketing agency or startup environment is a plus.
