Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to plan, manage, and execute our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end social media management, digital campaign execution, content creation, brand communication, and performance tracking to strengthen our digital presence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan and create engaging posts, reels, stories, and creatives.
  • Manage social media calendars, timelines, and posting schedules.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions to build brand engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project updates, photos, and content requirements.

2. Content Creation & Branding

  • Create content (text, visual, and basic video) aligned with brand tonality and objectives.
  • Work with graphic designers, photographers, and agencies where needed.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.

3. Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Improve SEO/SEM performance with keyword research, on-page updates, and content optimisation.
  • Track campaign performance and optimise for better ROI.

4. Website & Online Presence

  • Update and maintain website content (projects, blogs, announcements).
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Manage online listings, Google Business profiles, and relevant directories.

5. Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with business development, project management, and leadership teams for inputs.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries (photos, videos, project documentation).
  • Support internal and external communication initiatives.


Preferred:

  • Experience in hospitality, construction, real estate, or project management domains.
  • Knowledge of running paid ads and SEO tools.
  • Ability to conceptualize and produce reels and short-form content.
