Role Overview We’re seeking a passionate and versatile Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer who can blend creativity with strategy. The ideal candidate will help us grow our brand visibility through innovative design and strong digital campaigns Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Drive organic and paid traffic through SEO/SEM and social media strategy Manage social media accounts and weekly content calendars Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Collaborate with other departments to align digital efforts with business goals Graphic Designing Create eye-catching designs for social media, ads, brochures, banners, etc. Design marketing materials for events, webinars, and internal promotions Maintain consistency in branding and aesthetics across all platforms Work with the content and sales team to convert ideas into visual formats Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or related fields (or pursuing) Knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and social platforms Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Creativity, curiosity, and the ability to think out of the box Nice to Have Knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) Familiarity with tools like Figma, Mailchimp, or ChatGPT Previous internship or freelance experience in design or marketing What You’ll Get Flexible working environment Opportunity to work on live client and in-house projects Mentorship and career growth in a thriving startup culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
