Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing and Branding Manager to enhance the digital presence of WisdomWood High. The candidate will be responsible for managing all digital platforms, creating compelling content, capturing the essence of the school through photography and videography, and designing visually appealing posts that align with the school s vision and brand. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring hands-on involvement in day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of school activities, events, and infrastructure.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Design visually appealing and professional posts, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.

1. Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage WisdomWood High s LinkedIn page and other profiles, ensuring timely updates and professional representation.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to align with school events and branding goals.

1. Branding:

• Maintain a consistent visual and content identity for WisdomWood High across all digital platforms.
• Brainstorm innovative ideas to promote the school s strengths, achievements, and activities.
• Work closely with the management team to align branding efforts with the school s goals.

1. Performance Analytics:

• Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize strategies.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights.

1. Event Support:

• Be present at all key school events to document and create promotional content in real time.
• Coordinate live coverage and post-event highlights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.).
• Excellent graphic design skills, with the ability to create attractive and professional marketing materials.
• Strong writing and content creation skills to draft engaging captions, posts, and articles.
• Experience managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and creativity in presenting ideas.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience working in educational institutions or with child-focused brands is a plus.
