Job Description

The Digital Marketing Analyst will lead the digital marketing strategy, execution, and optimization across various channels to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth for SSPU, Pune campus. This role involves hands-on management of SEO, paid media, marketing automation, and website management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing for Symbiosis. Oversee paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube) to optimize cost per click (CPC) and cost per acquisition (CPA). Key areas would be to increase lead funnel for the admissions team and decrease the overall spend on paid campaigns and increase the organic digital footprint across digital media for the University. 2. Website & SEO Management Oversee the development and optimization of the company's website for performance, lead generation, and user experience. Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including content optimization and backlinking, to improve organic rankings. Ensure domestic level SEO optimization for district-specific and regional visibility. 3. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Develop and manage targeted lead generation campaigns using marketing automation tools (where necessary) Optimize campaign performance through continuous A/B testing and data analysis. Track, measure, and report campaign performance, including KPIs such as CPC, CPA, and conversion rates. 4. Analytics & Reporting Design and deploy comprehensive analytics frameworks for campaign performance and website data. Create dashboards and generate reports that provide actionable insights for marketing optimization. Collaborate with the data analytics team to refine data collection and analysis processes. 5. Team Collaboration & Leadership Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, IT, admissions and content teams, to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Drive collaboration with external agencies and vendors when necessary. 6. Brand Management & Content Strategy Ensure alignment of digital campaigns with the overall brand identity and strategic goals. Oversee content creation strategies for social media, blogs, and other digital channels.
