Job Description

Key Responsibilities Effective Communication: Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage with our audience across various platforms. Business Analytics: Leverage your MBA in Business Analytics to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform business decisions and optimize marketing efforts. Digital Marketing Strategy: Implement a strong digital marketing approach, including email marketing, Continuously monitor and improve the online presence. Social Media Management: Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Ensure the consistency of brand voice across all channels. Creative Content Creation: Design eye-catching, creative posts and graphics for social media, ensuring they align with our marketing goals and resonate with our audience. Content Scheduling and Analytics: Plan, schedule, and execute posts across platforms while tracking performance, analyzing engagement metrics, and making data-driven decisions to improve results. Integrate AI models and LLM such as those from Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Google Cloud, and AWS into scalable and robust applications. Multi-tasking: Efficiently handle multiple marketing initiatives and tasks, balancing creativity with analytical insights to execute campaigns effectively and on time. Desired Experience and Skills Education: MBA , BBA, BE, Btech or a related field. Experience: Freshers with relevant knowledge in digital marketing are welcome, though prior internships or work experience in digital marketing and social media management is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. Creativity and the ability to design engaging social media content. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and content scheduling tools.
