Job Description

Digital Marketing Strategist / Growth Lead

We’re not hiring someone to run ads or schedule posts.
We’re hiring someone to design, own, and scale our entire growth engine.

If your idea of marketing stops at execution, this role isn’t for you.
If you think in systems, funnels, leverage, metrics, and ROI read on.

The Mandate

You will own end-to-end marketing strategy from direction to execution oversight with a direct impact on growth, revenue, and brand credibility.

This is a high-ownership role.
You decide:

  • What we do
  • Why we do it
  • How we measure it
  • When to scale, fix, or kill it

What You’ll Own

1. Growth Strategy

  • Build marketing roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Convert objectives into acquisition, retention, and brand plays
  • Define quarterly & annual priorities with clear KPIs

2. Content & Positioning

  • Design editorial systems across the buyer journey
  • Own thought leadership and category positioning
  • Set direction for blogs, social, email, and landing pages

3. Email & Lifecycle

  • Architect nurture funnels and automation
  • Segment by intent, behavior, and stage
  • Optimize for conversions and revenue — not opens

4. Social Strategy

  • Define platform-wise roles (purpose × outcome)
  • Plan growth, credibility, and demand-gen formats
  • Use social to build trust, not just reach

5. Website & CRO

  • Own website performance with a conversion-first mindset
  • Lead landing page strategy, UX improvements, and A/B tests
  • Improve funnel efficiency end-to-end

6. Analytics & Attribution

  • Build cross-channel dashboards
  • Track CAC, ROI, and funnel drop-offs
  • Use data to decide what to scale or kill

7. Team & Vendors

  • Lead internal teams and external agencies
  • Set ownership, workflows, and benchmarks
  • Ensure execution quality without micromanagement

8. Budget & ROI

  • Allocate spend based on returns, not assumptions
  • Forecast outcomes vs spend
  • Continuously improve efficiency at scale

9. Market & Competition

  • Track competitor messaging, channels, and positioning
  • Identify gaps and leverage points
  • Sharpen differentiation and GTM strategy

10. Compliance & Brand Risk

  • Ensure data privacy and platform compliance
  • Set safeguards across email, WhatsApp, ads, and data
  • Protect brand credibility while scaling fast

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in strategy-led digital marketing
  • Strong grasp of funnels, attribution, and growth metrics
  • Commercial mindset marketing tied to revenue
  • Comfortable owning decisions and outcomes
  • Clear communicator with founders, teams, and vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
