We’re looking for a Digital Marketer with experience and skills to join our rapidly growing agency and team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and optimize performance across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and backlink strategy development to improve organic search rankings and website visibility. Collaborate directly with US-based clients, ensuring regular updates, understanding their business goals, and delivering tailored marketing strategies that align with their needs. Google Ads Management: Plan, create, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube), ensuring optimal ROI through continuous optimization and A/B testing. Google Tag Manager (GTM): Implement and manage tracking tags for various platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, conversion tracking, remarketing tags) using GTM. Google Analytics Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic trends, and user behavior through Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement. Campaign Reporting: Generate detailed reports on digital marketing campaigns, website analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights for decision-making. Performance Optimization: Continuously test and optimize digital marketing efforts for better conversion rates and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA). Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools. Elevate complex multi-quarter projects. Pitch/suggest new proposals and lead project plan, project groups, and execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with a strong focus on SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Expertise in SEO best practices, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and content optimization strategies. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Video, and Shopping Ads) and campaign optimization techniques. Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager for managing tracking tags and analytics implementation. Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing website performance, user behavior, and conversion data. Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve online performance and ROI. Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media advertising, email marketing, CRM). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education & Experience: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. [2-5] years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and analytics.
