Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to improve clients' online presence and engagement.
• Handle clients' social media accounts including posting, scheduling, monitoring comments, and basic community engagement.
• Apply basic SEO knowledge while creating or optimising content for better visibility and reach.
• Support the setup, planning, and execution of webinars and virtual events.
• Help manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital activities.
• Conduct basic research to stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools.
• Prepare performance reports, pull analytics, and share insights with senior team members.
• Communicate with clients when required to gather inputs or share updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of social media management, content marketing, email marketing, and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and social media management platforms.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
