Digital Marketer

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at our company, your main responsibilities will include: - Creating, editing, and managing high-quality, engaging content for all digital channels, with a focus on social media platforms such as Meta/Facebook and Instagram. - Developing and implementing a cohesive content calendar that aligns with our marketing goals and sales objectives. - Managing day-to-day posting, community engagement, and brand monitoring across various social channels. - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the latest Meta algorithm changes, platform features, and advertising best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance and compliance. - Adopting a sales-driven approach to all marketing activities, with a focus on generating qualified leads, driving direct sales, and supporting the sales team's pipeline efforts. - Maintaining a customer-centric, service-oriented mentality by understanding target audience needs, responding to inquiries, and creating content that solves customer problems and builds brand loyalty. - Collaborating closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent brand messaging throughout the buyer's journey. Qualifications: - 1+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful content. - Demonstrable skills in content creation, including writing, basic graphic design, and video editing, as well as a strong creative copywriting ability. - Proficiency in managing the Meta Business Suite and adapting strategies based on platform updates, such as algorithms, ad policies, and new features. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in digital analytics and reporting tools. - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
