As a Digital Learning Sales at Omni-Bridge Solutions in Pune, you will play a crucial role in leading business growth within the LMS and e-learning solutions portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the digital learning and LMS space. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, training heads, and HR decision-makers. - Understanding client requirements and proposing customized digital learning solutions. - Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Collaborating with delivery and product teams for smooth project execution and client satisfaction. - Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Staying informed about e-learning trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings. - Bringing significant Learning process or Learning system implementation and maintenance experience including analytical thinking and high attention to detail. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 5+ years of B2B sales experience in e-learning, EdTech, or LMS solutions. - Strong understanding of LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, TalentLMS, etc. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals. - Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience in selling custom e-learning content or SaaS-based LMS. - Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
