Digital Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager, your role will involve developing and implementing strategies and tools for continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects. This includes identifying and addressing issues, assessing project progress, and ensuring overall effectiveness in line with the Transformation Governance Framework. You will prepare various strategic and operational documents such as briefing papers, reports, and submissions, providing expert advice to stakeholders on emerging project issues and presenting recommendations to support project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies for continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects - Prepare strategic and operational documents as required - Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives - Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones - Work closely with vendors and external partners to optimize project outcomes - Manage project budgets and track expenses efficiently - Monitor project progress and proactively implement mitigation strategies - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams - Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders - Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards - Lead post-project reviews to identify key learnings and areas of improvement - Foster a collaborative and positive team environment Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role - Knowledge of Salesforce implementation process and methodology - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on Agile or Scrum practices - Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards - Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, computer science, or a related field preferred Please note that experience on Salesforce is a must for this role.,
