Job Description

Minimum 5 years of creative writing experience, with at least 2 years in website content writing.
Exposure to proofreading and editing.
Preferred industries: Insurance and BFSI.
Experience handling B2B international clients.
Involved in both long-form and short-form writing, with a focus on website content.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (Universal version; GA4 is an advantage) and Semrush.

Create content with SEO best practices for multiple brands.
Write for digital audiences spanning individuals, small businesses, and global enterprises, while incorporating empathy in your writing.
Research subjects through internal interviews and competitive research to develop comprehensive content.
Comfortable using analytics to make data-informed decisions regarding content and page flow.
Desire to work in a dynamic team environment with flexibility for work/life balance.
Ability to communicate effectively with and interview global stakeholders (Marketing and Sales).
B2B and B2B2C writing expertise, preferably with experience in insurance and consulting for a primarily B2B audience.
Adapt tone and voice according to brand guidelines.
Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, writing for both US and UK audiences.
Collaborative and inquisitive, eager to learn and use new tools and systems.

Responsibilities

Write and edit compelling content for digital properties, including new and existing global websites, utilizing SEO best practices to engage audiences and drive leads.
Initiate and plan content by conducting research, gathering information, developing content briefs, interviewing stakeholders, and reviewing drafts for optimized content, including prototypes in Figma.
Handle day-to-day content requests, including editing and optimizing new web content via Workfront.
Ensure content aligns with tone and style guidelines for each brand.
Understand design and functionality considerations to deliver the right information at the right time and drive leads.
Assist with content audits across all company domains to measure effectiveness, recommend changes, draft enhancements, and discuss opportunities with stakeholders.
Utilize Google Analytics, search data, business data, interviews, and UX research to improve and scale content.
Manage content workflow, proofing, and editing of content before and after publication on web pages.
Collaborate closely with global web, design, SEO, UX research, and marketing teams across divisions and regions.
Continually improve content processes and tools.
Stay informed about competitors and global market differentiators.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and/or minimum of 5 years working with digital marketing teams and stakeholders.
Fluent in English (US and UK) with excellent written and oral communication skills, able to interact with all levels of Sales and Marketing.
Experience as a content developer within B2B, insurance, or risk management sectors is a plus.
Expertise in digital-first content development for global websites, including writing for SEO, indicating typographic styles, and proofreading.
Skilled at collaborating with digital, marketing, and sales teams.
Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Figma, Smartsheets, Trello, Workfront, and knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Usertesting.com, Hotjar, and Qualtrics.
Ability to manage multiple projects at different phases across various global regions and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Flexibility to meet with global stakeholders as needed.
Demonstrated experience developing content that leverages data and business goals to drive engagement and conversion across industries.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes simultaneously.
