• Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights / tools

• Communicate results and findings in a structured way comprehensible by the business

• Ensure consistency and quality of PowerBI dashboards and reports delivered to support business decision-making

• Extract and analyze data from Snowflake and other sources to identify trends and opportunities

• Support the development of data-driven solutions for manufacturing and engineering processes

• Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting platforms

• Develop and document business requirements for analytics projects

• Participate in cross-functional teams to implement data analytics solutions

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, business-focused language

• Maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements in all data activities

• • Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and reporting methodologies

About You:

• Educational Background:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent field

• Additional certifications in data analytics or business intelligence are a plus

• Professional Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in business data analysis

• Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments is valuable

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GxP, SOX) is a plus

• Soft skills:

• Service-oriented, flexible, positive team player

• Self-motivated, takes initiative

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Good communication skills and ability to present data insights

• Major Skills and Competencies:

• PowerBI expertise for creating dashboards and visualizations

• Snowflake experience for data querying and analysis

• Strong SQL skills and understanding of database concepts

• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R)

• Experience with cloud services (AWS a plus)
