Job Title - Digital Branding Manager

Location – Ahmedabad

Company – Electrotherm (India) Ltd


💡 Role Objective

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies across all online channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition (ROI). This is a hands-on, data-driven role that requires a blend of creative and analytical skills.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and Execute Campaigns:

    Design, plan, and execute integrated, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing).
  • Budget Management:

    Plan, allocate, and manage the digital marketing budget across all channels to maximize ROI and channel performance.
  • Trend Identification:

    Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies, and provide thought leadership for adoption.

2. Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • SEO/SEM:

    Lead the strategy and execution of all

    SEO

    efforts (on-page, off-page, technical) and

    Paid Search (PPC)

    campaigns across platforms like Google Ads to drive organic and paid traffic.
  • Performance Analysis:

    Utilize strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and internal dashboards to monitor KPIs, measure campaign performance (e.g., ROI, CAC, ROAS), and derive actionable insights for optimization.
  • CRO & UX:

    Plan, execute, and measure A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize landing pages and user funnels, improving conversion rates (CRO) and overall user experience (UX).

3. Content & Social Media

  • Content Strategy:

    Oversee the content marketing strategy, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and tailored to resonate with the target audience across various digital platforms.
  • Social Media Management:

    Plan and manage the company's social media presence (paid and organic) across all relevant channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and driving high engagement.
  • Email Marketing:

    Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and automation sequences to nurture leads, drive customer retention, and improve conversion.

4. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Design, Content, Sales, Product) and external agencies/vendors to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with overarching business goals.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members or content/social media specialists (if applicable).


📝 Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Proven working experience (e.g., 3-7+ years) in digital marketing with demonstrable success in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Technical Expertise:

  • Solid knowledge

    of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Hands-on experience

    in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO and website performance.
