Role & responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to find qualified IT professionals. Screening Resumes and Applications: Evaluating candidates' qualifications based on job requirements and experience. Conducting Interviews: Assessing candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Negotiating Offers: Managing the offer process, including salary, benefits, and contract terms. Building and Maintaining Relationships: Developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Understanding Client Needs: Working closely with clients to understand their specific IT staffing needs and project requirements. Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of the latest IT trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices. Bulk recruitment Preferred candidate's profile: Must have experience in end to end IT Recruitment Should have experience working in permanent and contractual requirements across PAN India. Must have excellent convincing skill Should have atleast 4 years of experience or above in end to end IT recruitment
